This book is about a family who just moved to New York City and gets stuck right in the middle of a crime (you could call it) which began when a girl named Emily was blinded using a micro ray.

I chose it for my quilt patch because when I read it I got lost in the story of this family’s secrets and story. I really loved the book so it wasn’t a hard decision.

On my patch you can see the Austin family with their dog, Emily, and Dave.

I recommend you read this book if you like action, the slightest bit of crime, mystery, secrets, and family dramas.
