This book is about pride and a Fox tricking a crow into giving its meat by asking it to sing. When the crow sang, the meat fell into the fox’s mouth!

 

I chose it for my quilt patch because it had a very good moral, one we could all learn: 

“Never fall for flattery.”

 

On my patch you can see the fox catching the crow’s meat.

 

I recommend you read this book if you like learning morals or want to hear tales about greed, trickery, pride, quarrels, friendship, and retorts.
